Spectacular, unspoilt views of the sea can be seen from all angles.Click herefor more information about this locationWhat youll be doing Youll be required to support the day to day management of the property retail operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors expectations. Youll monitor stockand merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example when it comes to maximising our profitability and income. Youll also supervise paid and voluntary retail staff and work effectively alongside colleagues elsewhere in theproperty to deliver great service to visitors, promoting and enhancing the propertys sense of place.Who were looking for Able to demonstrate strong customer service ethos Experience of working in a retail environment including selling and merchandising skills.Strong people skills enabling good relationships. Competent IT skills, previous experience with retail management systems. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to promote products to meet sales targets. Knowledge of retail best practiceincluding selling and merchandising skills and effective space management. Awareness of health and safety compliance requirements. Application of data analysis and numeracy. Good understanding of stock control methods.
