Summary£47,300up to £59,400* per annum - This isnt 9-5. This is making the most of every day.Are you passionate about retail operations Want to shape the digital future of our stores An exciting opportunity has arisen, and the Sales Organisation department are looking for a Project Manager to lead numerous key business projects, that look to developthe Lidl Store of the Future through exciting new checkout and store-based technology projects. This challenging role will expose you to business leaders at all organisational levels and will involve collaborating with cross-functional departments both internationallyand nationally.The role will require you to work closely with our IT department to implement new technology as we look to develop the store of future through exciting checkout base processes. In addition to improving the tools our Store Colleagues use, you will also beat the forefront of implementing innovative technology to support our customers journey in store.We have moved to a fully flexible model of mobile working for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, weoffer our colleagues as much flexibilityas possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.To keep in line with company structure, this role will be called Sales Consultant internallyWhat youll do

  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously to improve the user experience within our stores
  • Focused on delivering new projects to support store processes
  • Planning, managing, and coordinating rollout of projects. Development of high-quality training materials and guidelines with an end user focus.
  • Presenting project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our National and International Headquarters, Regional Distribution Centres and Stores
  • Analyse and report on the progress of projects
  • Communicate updates to internal & externalstakeholders
What youll need
  • Experience working with various in-store retail systems
  • An excellent communicator, effective negotiator, and confident presenter
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Proactive and able to develop innovative solutions with awareness of current technologies in the retail market.
  • Drives ownership through their work and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently, managing conflicting priorities with ease and efficiency
  • An ability to understand complex situations and processes with a problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
