We have been mandated to help identify high calibre Restructuring Manager(s) for one of the largest and most respected financial restructuring teams in Europe. The UK national restructuring division is committed to scaling this year with opportunities fortop tier talent to join the restructuring teams located across all of the UKs largest cities from London to Glasgow/Edinburgh.The requirement is to hire ambitious, career driven and highly commercial Restructuring Managers with the ability to lead on large, complex restructuring situations across multiple jurisdictions.They work with most of the core lenders, clearing banks, funders and bond holders with a reputation for consistently delivering on complex restructures of national and international organisations.Based on the flow of high profile work coming into the business, the team really needs to bolster by hiring multi skilled restructuring professionals with experience across lender / creditor advisory and corporate insolvency. Recruiting Managers with theability to deliver on IBRs, option reviews, working capital improvement, cashflow forecasting review work and sizeable corporate administrations is important.This is fundamentally a project delivery role but there are routes up to higher positions and so those with ambition and the desire to build external networks will be given every chance possible of progressing through the ranks.Our client positions are engaged on high end big ticket restructuring and insolvency work but without the investment banking culture.
