One of our clients is expecting a large uptake in work in the next few months and accordingly is looking to add to their team with at least one Restructuring Associate Director to join their Restructuring & insolvency team in London.As a Restructuring Associate Director, youll have the opportunity to work in one of their teams that happens to focus on a particular sector of specialism - but with that expertise, you will be working on both the "advice" all the way through to the insolvency process, if necessary. As a team, they have worked on some considerably high profile restructurings and insolvencies both in the UK and overseas.As a Restructuring Associate Director, youd be working on insolvency appointments (i.e. administrations, including pre-pack and trading, Liquidations), Accelerated M&A, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), cash flow work, contingency planning and more.At this level, youll be reporting directly to the lead partner and be responsible for a team. To be considered for this role, you need to be proficient at either insolvency or advisory experience and be willing to get involved in both.
