Job Description

Our client, who act to resolve financial disputes are looking to on-board a Resourcing Adviser, salary £35k, start ASAP, this is a permanent role, hours Mon-Fri 35 per week, this is a hybrid working role, Location:Docklands, London.Our client is looking for someone who has direct sourcing experience dealing with high volume recruitment.Purpose of the role;

  • As a Resourcing Adviser, youll work directly with the Resourcing Partners and colleagues to help provide the right number of people with the right skills to meet the organisations overall strategy.
  • To help our client find the very best people they can, youll proactively identify suitable candidates and generate names through publicly available information, using advanced internet sourcing techniques.
  • Your ability to source the right people will then allow you to sift and screen the highest calibre of candidates who apply through our applicant tracking system
  • Maintaining the application tracking system and assessment system which is key to our high-volume recruitment
