The SCC offers a wide range of youth opportunities with the same enduring objective - to give young people the best possible head start in life through nautical adventure and fun.We arecurrently seeking to appoint a Resolution Manager (RM) to join our busy and vibrant Volunteer Support Team. This role will be the expert in conflict resolution within Sea Cadets, overseeing all complaints received, and coordinating each complaint to ensurethey are dealt with both appropriately and in a timely manner. This post will play a key role in the delivery of effective support for volunteers, Area teams and the adoption of good practice in managing conflict and complaints.You will have an aptitude forproblem solving and experience of working in conflict resolution and managing complex cases to a very best standard.
