Are you an ambitious and hungry 1-4 PQE Residential Property Solicitor with bags of personality looking for a new challengeWant to be part of an exciting project at a specialist property law firmOur client is a leading property specialist firm based in Borehamwood. This outstanding opportunity is the chance to work on behalf of corporate clients within the residential property sector.Youll get lots of client interaction and be given the chance to help grow this dynamic and entrepreneurial practice.The Firm

What Youll Need
  • 1-4 PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor
  • Exposure to receivership sales work
  • Ability to manage your own caseload
  • The ability to deal with new build properties and shared ownership
  • Experience of commercial property law, especially Landlord and Tenant work would be advantageous though not essential.
  • A proven record of providing excellent service to a wide range of clients.
  • The ability to work closely with other members of the team including assisting on more complex matters.
  • Experience of using case management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship skills as a result of creating and developing strong working relationships with a wide range of clients and colleagues.
