Job Description

Our client, a thriving property company, is seeking a full-time Residential Property Manager to manage its growing residential investment portfolio worth c£130m. As a member of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with some of the UKs largesthouse builders, manage all property issues, oversee compliance, and provide support to the Asset Manager.Key Attributes:

Duties:
  • Manage all aspects of property management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Efficiently manage tenant inquiries and issues, addressing problems effectively and promptly
  • Prepare properties for new tenancies, coordinating necessary repairs, cleaning, and upgrades to ensure a seamless transition for incoming tenants
  • Liaise with contractors, developers, and suppliers to source and install white goods and other essential items for our properties
  • Keep the property management system up to date and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Assist with quality control prior to tenants moving into properties
  • Provide support to the Asset Manager as required
  • Travel throughout England (driving license essential)
The ideal candidate will have previous experience or knowledge in property management, real estate, or customer care. Continuous professional development training will be provided.
