Residential Client Accountant (Temporary Assignment)Unique opportunity to join one of the UKs most successful Real Estate Companies, as a Client Accountant. You will join their busy team located in their East London office or working remotely, on a temporary basis via Cherry Pick People Ltd. You must have experience in all aspects of client accounts and Reapit previously. Company Profile - Client AccountantThis leading real estate firm with a global presence specialise in sales, lettings, management, investment, research and consulting. They are a great firm to work for and you will pick up some invaluable experience in a busy Client Accounts role over this short assignment.Duties - Client Accountant*Assist Head of Property Management running the Lettings Accounts Department*Receiving rents, paying suppliers and Landlords via Reapit, producing statements and remittance advices*Refunding Tenant deposits*Chasing rent arrears and reporting to clients*Problem solving account queries *Ensure all KPIs are met*Using the accountancy functions in Reapit unaidedSkills/experience - Client Accountant*Experience building and maintaining client relationships*Must have previous experience using Reapit accounts*Ability to work under pressure*Attention to detail is essential*A self-starter and proactive at managing the workload*Strong organisational & customer service skills*Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)Assignment Details - Client Accountant Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.00pmPay Rate - £14-15 per hourAssignment guided at 3 monthsMix working between Central London office and remotelyGet in touch with us today for more information on this role as a Client Accountant Required skills
