Job Description

Resident Sales / Leasehold Executive (Housing Association) (Resales/Lease Extensions/RTB/RTA)London Up to £35,000We are looking for a Shared Ownership / Leasehold Executive with a strong experience in resale, staircase, lease extensions and equity loan products, to join one of Londons leading Housing Associations in this new role.We are looking for someone proactive, organised and with excellent customer service skills to help the team and the organisation achieve targets and provide the best service to leaseholders, buyers and stakeholders. You will also work with tenants on applications for Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Social Homebuy.In this role you will provide a proactive, customer focused service to achieve targets. Your day to day role will include:*Maximising sales opportunities by matching buyer expectations to the correct product*Taking customers, including leaseholders, through a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry to satisfactory outcome*Building and managing relationships with regulators, solicitors, IFAs, surveyors and third parties to ensure all information is provided correctly to achieve sales and revenue targets*Continuously review processes and procedures to deliver an efficient service for customers*Instructing solicitors in line with the sales procedures and managing sales through to completion within set timescale*Ensuring full compliance with affordability and eligibility criteria, meeting guidelines from governing bodies *Building excellent working relationships with the wider sales and development teams to ensure a collaborative approach to marketing and selling homes*Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on live sales and completions against budget forecasts*Working closely with the finance team to ensure sales projects remain within budget and deliver value for moneyTo be successful in this role were looking for you to demonstrate the following experience:*Working within a resident sales environment, with experience of shared ownership leasehold products*Managing relationships with third parties including agents, solicitors and IFAs*Achieving and exceeding targets and achieving KPIs*Understanding of the affordable housing sector, Local Authority, Homes England, and the RSH requirements in line with the Capital Funding Guide*Understanding of sales processes and legislation, particularly the Consumer Code*Working well under pressure and manage high volumes of sales and enquiries*Planning and organising your workload to meet deadlines and targets *Delivering excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills*Adaptability to change and to learning new products and procedures If you are looking for a new challenge on a friendly and fun team, and you have the experience we are looking for then do apply today - click apply now and include your most up to date CV.
