Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work in London.Our client is a main contractor focusing on the social housing sector in reactive works and planned maintenance; you will be responsible for acting as the company`s representation to the residents across the contract.Jobs duties/responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop client/customer and tenant relationships.
  • Have a good understanding of the contracts and set requirements.
  • Be able to communicate/ provide any relevant information effectively and handle any customer-based duties such as: visits, interviews, surveys, and complaints.
As a RLO / TLO you will be a main point of contact with the tenants, assisting in planning of works, recording all your day to day work on a tracker with the aim of responding to all complaints as quickly as possible.Essential:- At least 2-3 years experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or TLO working on decent homes programs- IT skills (Good with Excel / MS Office) as well as ability to conduct letters/ reports- Strong team player- Previous experience on kitchen and bathrooms stream- Own vehicle (business mileage covered on a weekly basis)Please contact Abbie -
