    • We are actively recruiting for:Critical Care trained DoctorsLondon Location: The Princess Grace Hospital12-24 hour shifts per week available, bank, fixed term on permanent basisUnique to private healthcare, all HCA UK hospitals are highly equipped at level 3. Broad range of cases from liver and renal transplants to neurosurgery and cardiac surgery.The role requires assessment, management and treatment of adult critical care patients including those with multi organ failure, requiring cardiopulmonary support, airway management including intubation and tracheostomy care, ventilation and management of arrhythmias.Patients are admitted in the unit for short post-operative support stays or complex long-term patients requiring multiorgan support and ventilatory weaning with tracheostomies.To apply for this role, you will need:
  • MBBS medical qualification
  • GMC registration and current licence to practice
  • Evidence of specialist training in intensive care medicine (Critical Care/ITU and Anaesthesia)
  • FRCA, MRCP and/or MRCEM are desirable.
  • Competency with inserting and managing central venous lines, vascaths and arterial lines, management of airways and ventilators including in emergency situations, management of acute pain including management of epidural analgesia
