Description: Researcher to work on the Digital Client Onboarding for global B2B customers The team are looking at enhancing current features and bringing on new ones. The candidate will need to have remote research ability and able to self serve at timesand be creative, One key out put will be journey flows and understanding the pain points in the user journeys and looking at the usability side of research. Ability to make sense of the data that is there and how to translate it back in to the business. Withthis in mind must have good communication skills as will speak with all levels of stakeholders. Must be passionate about research and designPlanning and Moderating usability sessions and Presenting results/insights to wider teamAbility to define researchstrategies and stepsFamiliarity with remote testing tools and methodologiesFamiliarity with quantitive and qualitive research methodsLong story short - Hands on usability.Experience in financial services is a nice to have.
