Stunning offices in a prime London location- Spitalfields!Our client is a healthcare-focused advisory firm, with experts in Science, Insight, Strategy, and Communications delivered as a specialist service. The three areas of their expertise lie in Business Insights & Analytics, Strategic & Scientific Consulting, Scientific & Creative Communications.They are looking for an experienced Research Executive to join their growing team and provide project support to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects. They need someone to conduct defined research activities to help build client satisfaction, assist and provide support in building client relationships to help drive growth and to coach Research Assistants and colleagues.They want someone who has a passion for numbers and data, a mathematical wiz who can always demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in their work. You must have a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy with outstanding organisation skills, as you will be joining a team that strive for excellence in everything they do!Duties include, but not limited to:

  • To own and perform specific project tasks, e.g. contact reports, progress tracking, timesheets, PO to ensure effective delivery
  • To provide effective administrative and logistical support to ensure timely delivery of tasks
  • To act as a day to day point of contact for research team and for client (where appropriate)
  • To be proactive and pre-empt project milestones
  • To understand client needs and contribute to the design of innovative research activities
  • Show an understanding of project objectives within materials in order to produce good drafts of screeners, simple questionnaires, tab specs, code frames & sections of presentations
  • Check data tables accurately and conduct quant analysis where appropriate
  • To complete all administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Be present at client meetings, where appropriate
  • To write discrete sections of proposals
  • To provide on the job coaching and feedback to RAs in order to help build their skills
  • To appropriately delegate routine project tasks
  • Skills & Experience
  • At least 1-2 years within a similar role
  • High level of numeracy and mathematical skills
  • Understands and is able to apply some basic research methods - demonstrates enthusiasm and creativity
  • Able to articulate a specific interest in market research and healthcare
  • Able to articulate a broad understanding of market research
  • Show evidence of ability to prioritise, multi-task and organise
  • Demonstrate data-analysis, synthesis, interpretation and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
