A boutique executive search firm is looking for a proactive Research Associate to join their busy team.WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a varied and fast paced Researcher role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties may include:• Market mapping and candidate sourcing• Candidate interview support including interview prep, feedback and logistics• Drafting lifecycle documentation including advertisements, job descriptions and candidate profiles • Business Development to include researching new markets and target clientsWHO YOU ARETo be successful, you will be a sparky, on the ball candidate, eager to prove themselves within a fast paced environment, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.Essential requirements:• Degree educated• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written• Ability to work to tight deadlines• Mature and enthusiastic individual who is curious to learn and develop• Experience within Executive Search is desirable• Proactive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ attitudeTHE BENEFITSThis role will pay up to £35k (DOE)• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays• Excellent location, in a collaborative work environment• Social team with regular drinks/social eventsThis a lovely, varied role within a collaborative team and in a dynamic environment.
