Reprographics and Post Scanning AssistantOur client is a Law firm who has been based in the City of London and they seek an experienced Reprographics Assistant with a Law firm background to join them on a 12 month FTC. The hours are 9am- 5.30pm and at present they are split between the office andworking from home. They are looking for someone who can provide general admin, repro and post scanning support to the fee earners, secretaries and other support staff.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Scanning incoming post for employees handson operation of equipment for copying, finishing and scanning legal documents Scanning documents Discussing job requirements with staff members Admin tasks such as filing and locating documents and proof reading documents before sending Processing and franking outgoing post Covering reception occasionally Managing consumables Helping with office moves and relocations and moving boxes/files between departments Setting up meeting rooms and workstations for new joiners Responding to emails and telephone calls to the departmentIt is essential you have relevant experience from a Law firm background.Please apply today to be considered!
