As a Barclays Reporting Web Specialist, you will work as part of the Data visualisation team within the People Analytics & Culture team to create the new HR reporting portal and the framework for ad hoc dashboard creation and population filtering system. Ideally, you will have completed similar projects before and understand how we leverage internet browsers and backend servers to work together with the UI and washboarding layer to provide an intuitive user experience. What will you be doing • Designing and coding the user interface of the HR analytics portal and reporting environment • Creating bespoke data visualisations that connect to multiple data sources and technologies • Creating a cohesive and engaging reporting system that will deliver bespoke dashboarding, analytics creation and board pack creation • Embedding contextual help and tutorials within the interface What were looking for: • Solid background in analytics projects • Advanced data manipulation skills • Experience using D3 • Experience using Oracle/SQL databases Skills that will help you in the role: • Stakeholder management experience • Experience with in memory reporting applications such as Tableau or QlikSense • Familiar with rapid prototyping and full product life cycle Where will you be working In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
