Insight Analyst - Luxury Fashion RetailerCareer changing opportunity!Salary: £30k - £40kLocation: Central London / HybridAs a multibillion dollar business, this much loved and globally revered luxury retailer have spent a number of years investing a huge amount into data and CRM personalization. They are growing many of their data teams to continually optimise and improvecustomer experience and this is where this role comes in!This role sits within the EMEA CRM function, and we are looking for someone with a curious mindset, someone who can build reports and dashboards, and deliver insights around the customer. You will work as part of the CRM EMEA team plus you will also havepartner agencies to work with too, in order to unearth valuable information and make recommendations to a range of stakeholders.But we need someone who can go beyond the basics of reporting, and proactively identify requirements from across the business, translating your findings into beautiful decks and data visualisations.Technically they have Tableau and SQL in house, but this is not a highly technical role - its more about the so what, and the why behind the data - informing stakeholders why and how they should be repositioning a certain product, optimizing a campaignto impact an audience segment differently, even affecting the overall strategy of the business - you will have this opportunity!An incredible opportunity to work alongside some of the most impressive leaders Ive had the pleasure of dealing with, and within a business that is heavily investing into building data driven culture.Experience required:
