Contribute to the definition of BI Roadmaps for each business unit, highlighting opportunities for additional value from visualisation.Essential Job Duties Reporting & Visualisation Manage delivery and support adoption of effective performance reporting and visualisation Promote enhanced visualisation and reporting, and support BI Partners identifying opportunities for improved BI outputs Drive visualisation excellence and development of informative and impactful content Develop valuable relationships with internal and external customers through an in depth understanding of the business processes, application systems and data Engage with BI Partners and customers to understand requirements, test criteria, and success factors for impactful and actionable reporting and analysis Ensure high quality definition, design, development, testing and user adoption of BI outputsInsight Manage analyses and application of information from various sources to enhance understanding and feed in to Operational performance management processes Partner with BI Forecasting & Data Science colleagues on the delivery of operational and strategic analysesEducation and Experience Requirements Qualifications and/or Experience Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level in specialist area 5+ years BI management experience in organisations of similar scale / complexity Significant knowledge of visualisation and analytical platforms Extensive dashboard / reporting development project experience utilizing PowerBI / Qlik Track record delivering strategic BI solutions Comprehensive knowledge of Visualisation principles and techniques Experienced in managing teams in Agile environmentsIndividual competencies Ability to lead development and delivery of effective reporting & visualisation Excellent collaborator, bringing together teams internally and externally to deliver projects The ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to non-specialist audiences Experience of creating and giving presentations to a varied group of internal and external stakeholders Comfortable in empowering and motivating individuals and teams Strong leadership and communication skills with a strong sense of prioritisation and time management Strong analytical skills set with an ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and provide recommendations Passionate about BI products and driving best in class customer experienceEEO Statement MAXIMUS is committed to developing, maintaining and supporting a culture of equality and diversity in employment in which our employees as well as candidates for employment are treated equitably.
