Job Description

Are you a highly organised, efficient Administrator looking for a new role in the fast-paced Removals industryMy client is looking for an experienced Removals Operations Administrator to come in and help the smooth running and organisation of the Removals department.Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Booking jobs on CRM system
  • Invoicing
  • Create Orders
  • Phone Inquiries
  • Confirmations
  • Booking Site visits/Surveys
  • Insurance Claims
  • Experience Required:
  • Previous experience from within the Removals or Shipping sector is required
  • Highly Organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient IT user, familiarity with MS Office software.
