Job Description

Are you an experienced Treasury professional looking to work for one of the most recognisable international development organisations in the world Are you seeking a role that offers a significant degree of autonomy and ownership from day one Looking forthe opportunity to work for a forward-thinking organisation in an ever-evolving role where no two days will ever be the same If yes, this could be the role for you!This recognisable international development organisation is currently seeking a Treasury Manager (Compliance) to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Treasury, you will take full responsibility for all things Complianceand Sanctions, in addition to playing a critical part in an exciting project being rolled out on a global scale!The key duties of this Treasury Manager (Compliance) role are as follows:

  • Full responsibility for ensuring that all payments flowing through the organisation comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Play a critical part in the roll out of a new payment screening system across all global offices, communicating changes to all impacted stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding.
  • Take the lead in the review and investigation of any payment sanctions, working closely with various internal teams to clear them off in a timely manner.
  • Provide invaluable support the Head of Treasury in the maintenance of roust internal controls, taking a key lead for all things relating to informal payments.
  • Manage the organisation’s KYC process, ensuring all Compliance documents are kept up to date and in line with regulatory standards.
  • Keep up to date with changes to regulation, suggesting changes to internal policies and procedures in response as required.
