Job Description

Relocation Consultant (Real estate and lettings experience is desirable) Location: London (Remote)Salary: Competitive + Fantastic Bonus packageType: PermanentBPS World is partnered with a major relocation company that is the market leader and clear dominator in the global mobility industry. My client specializes in managing and delivering high-quality relocation services worldwide.Due to an increase in work and a desire to improve business growth and efficiency BPS is seeking a Relocation Consultant to join our clients, multi-functional team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has customer success at the very centreof its heart, ensuring that they deliver on their customers needs and requirements.Do you want to work for a very large and interesting organization that can provide consistent high-standard services both locally and globally then this opportunity may be of great interest to you.As a relocation consultant, you will :

  • Manage caseload to ensure follow-up with customers, including VIP caseload.
  • Gain knowledge of the specific client policies and service requirements, ensure operational KPIs are met and accurate billing against agreed fee schedule.
  • Represent Santa Fe at client review meetings or sales presentations as required.
  • Training and mentoring of other team members as required.
  • Develop, maintain, and build a working relationship with transferring employee
  • Carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client policy review with transferring employee
  • Provide continuing advice and support to both client and relocating employee,
  • Management of relocating employee expectations regarding the housing market in London and across the UK
  • Negotiate the tenancy agreement on behalf of the relocating employee, including break clauses, RPI, and special clauses
  • Prepare weekly status reports
  • Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as required
  • Coordinate/manage the activities of third-party suppliers
Compliance & QualityThe Relocation Consultant is accountable for both their individual and supporting the team in a meeting, compliance with company policies, industry-based standards, local operating procedures, and customer-specific service levels and standards. The RelocationConsultant is responsible for;
  • Ensuring accurate entry of data, attachment of required documentation, and maintenance of financial information
  • Individual compliance with "PerfectRelocation" process, documentation & tasks
  • Ensuring internal documentation is produced in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Invoicing is company and customer compliant, including approval of team members invoicing
  • All services are provided and managed in compliance with the company Anti-Bribery & Corruption policy
  • Use of suppliers is in accordance with both company and customer requirements
  • Production and maintenance of account-specific guides
Person Specification
  • Worked within the UK property market, property management, estate agent, etc
  • A good understanding of UK property law
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Good telephone manner
