* Relationship Manager* FX* Indonesian SpeakerMy Client are a rapidly expanding FX business with offices in London, Hong Kong, Dubai and Cyprus. They are looking for an experienced and confident Relationship Manager to join their team in London. The role is currently WFH, but likely to be located close to Canary Wharf when lockdown eases.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role managing Relationships with High Net Worth clients, mainly focused on the Indonesian markets.Duties include :Developing and managing relationship with existing Clients.Focus on business relationships with Clients with high level of Customer care.Communication with Clients about FX trading with confidence.Promoting Company services and products.Dealing with Clients inquiries via telephone and email as well as assisting Clients with all requests related to trading with Company.Participate in Daily Market updates and the preparation of market updates.Working with different CRMs and another internal programs of the Company.Languages required :Indonesian - Native or Very FluentEnglish - FluentThis role would suit someone who with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Indonesian. You should be highly motivated and have experience of the FX or CFD Industry.
