Relationship ManagerProperty/Real EstateCity of LondonPermanent£80,000cer Financial are working alongside a well structured, well established international bank who are based in the West end. They are seeking a Relationship Manager with excellent experience within property to work with them on a permanent basis.In this role you will contribute to the achievement of overall real estate strategy and the ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as may be required for strategy building and execution.The Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager Will Include:·Role holder will prepare quality credit applications with adequate assessment of credit worthiness and risk implications and arranges timely approvals.·Role holder will assume on-going responsibility for control and quality of existing and new portfolio, using available triggers and adherence to risk management guidelines and policies.·Monitor and control EOL/ TOD & housekeeping issues including but not limited to insurance, valuation etc. and their resolution/ arrangement as per committed timelines.·Responsible for pro-actively contacting customers and implementing a customer contact and engagement strategy.·Gaining new business through brokers, directly, cross sell with the existing clients by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market.·Deal with and find solutions to customer complaints and requests.·Manage broad spectrum simple and complex real estate based client relationships independently·Provide support to Head of Real Estate as required.·Key Internal Relationships: Related RRE team members, Head of RRE, Head of Wholesale Banking, Head of Credit Risk, Credit Risk Managers, Treasury Team, Branch Operations, Compliance and Central Operations (COPS)·Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective compliance culture within the Bank for combating money laundering, terrorist financing and other forms of financial crime. Ensure that he/she is fully complied with all anti-money laundering and counteringterrorist financing procedures and to promptly report to the MLRO where knowledge or reasonable suspicion of any criminal conduct is obtained.The Successful Relationship Manager Will Have:·Business, finance, economics or accounting related education.·5 years plus experience in a financial institution preferably in handling business and RRE accounts with credit analysis and have products knowledge.·A good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of UK
