The role of Relationship Manager / Service Delivery Manager:Our Relationship Managers sit within our Service Delivery team and are an essential part of the business. You will be responsible for the continuity of service and maintaining our project lifecycles by acting as a support function to our subject matter expert (SME) senior specialist consultants that are working with our clients, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks, on a daily basis. You will also focus on maintaining and developing client relationships and assisting Account Directors in growing the business.In your role as Relationship Engagement Analyst, you will: Manage consultants whilst they are working onsite with our clients on various projects Maintaining professional working relationships with our consultants conducting regular cadence reviews to track progress against project deliverables and key milestones Manage the relationships with project leads/senior leaders on the client side to obtain feedback on performance, and maintain a high level of service Engage with our consultants to identify opportunities through their network Have the ability to manage multiple projects and clients at any one time Managing the end to end process and to ensure effective project delivery for our clients Provide operational support to manage contract negotiations and extensions Work across a variety of procurement platforms to provide operational efficiency Be extremely proactive & innovative Relationship Manager / Service Delivery Manager - what you should ideally have: Excellent, clear business professional communication skills both written and oral Experience working in recruitment or talent management with demonstrable track record of success in hiring IT, Technology, and/or Finance professionals on contract and permanent basis At ease with managing stakeholder relationships Be commercially minded with strong negotiation skills Experience in working with procurement systems such as beeline, Fieldglass and PRO A Commercial work history in client facing roles Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure Relationship Manager / Service Delivery Manager - the benefits: A defined career pathway with a clear promotion targets Dedicated training and development academy To work in an established brand with a startup mentality Flexible working solutions Client entertaining Early finish on a Friday Christmas and Summer parties Incentive trips away to destinations such as Palma and Las Vegas Professional growth within a diverse and global environment.
