Annually reviews of current reinsurance program structures and provides any insight which might help the team for alternatives and recommends changes.
Participate in reinsurance renewal strategy to ensure Operations performance targets are achieved.
Provides leadership, guidance and direction to enhance productivity and performance outcomes of offshore team.
Co-ordinating the operations of the Underwriting and Claims.
Provides strategic and operational support to the business team.
Notification & communication with Cedant /Brokers to under relevant reinsurance contracts and providing all relevant information.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

Coordinate the operations of Reinsurance Underwriting & Claims.
Ensures underwriting /Claims practices comply with established guidelines and procedures.
Annually reviews of current reinsurance program structures and provides any insight which might help foralternatives and recommends changes.
Participate in reinsurance renewal strategy to ensure operations performance targets are achieved.
Provides training and education on reinsurance and underwriting matters.
Ensures the team meets performance standards and complies with established guidelines and procedures.
Ensures the quality of services by proactive monitoring of practices and by conducting monthly review process.
Contributes to continuous improvement and innovation in all activities, including opportunities to harness technology to optimise productivity/Quality.
Ensures underwriting /Claims practices comply with established guidelines and procedures.
Develops and implements plans for the formal identification, development, sharing and securing of knowledge to contribute to succession planning processes.
Works with client to keep the Offshore Operation team informed about Reinsurance industry trends and practices.
Effective Handling of reinsurance claims process from first notification to recovery in an efficient manner, including suggestion on technical points.
