We are Credit Suisse. We OfferThe IB Regulatory Services MiFID Reporting Team is responsible for monitoring several reporting obligations to Central Banks and National Competent Authorities. These obligations include MiFID Transaction Reporting / MiFiD post trade reporting / MiFID Commodity Position Limits, Bank of England, DGSD and BRRD. The team is directly responsible for managing the fulfilment of these reporting obligations. This role is to support the report owner in order to ensure the Bank fulfils its obligation to make timely, accurate and complete reports in accordance with the regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with the regulations as guidance develops and business flows change.
  • Drafting robust procedures for the management of exceptions and maintenance of the reporting infrastructure.
  • Producing and reviewing MIS.
  • Supporting governance processes.
  • Identifying defects, assigning prioritisation and investigating root cause with Change and IT partners.
  • Developing solutions.
  • Incorporating the effects of wider change and new business.
  • Maintaining reconciliations / MIS / Tolerance.
  • Manage ongoing Quality Assurance enhancements.

  • SME knowledge of Mifid post-trade reporting.
  • Detailed knowledge of Mifid2 regulations.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent Data analytic skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Banking/Financial experience in regulatory reporting would be an asset.
  • Results-oriented with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Client service experience would be an asset.
  • Degree in finance/banking would be an asset.
  • Proficient Excel user, basic VBA knowledge would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Perform to high level of accuracy and have good attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify issues, propose and implement solutions.
