Our client a reputable brokerage, London City based require a "Regulatory Reporting Analyst". The business provides an execution and clearing service across ETDs, Cash Equities, Repos, CFDs, F/X and Fixed Income. The business is a member of the principalexchanges LSE, Singapore Exchange and Dubai Gold & Commodity Exchange. The "Regulatory Reporting Analyst" will support the product regulatory reporting requirements and analysis. The focus will be on improving the quality of the processes and strengtheningthe oversight of the work provided by: Submission, review, QAing, analysis and modernisation of Transaction Reporting. Production of Management Information (MI) across Transaction Reporting. The successful individual will perform the following; Perform dailyregulatory reporting activity for MiFiD/ EMIR / SFTR transactions and post trade transparency Completion of day-to-day reporting activities including monitoring and resolution of transmission exceptions and reconciliations between source systems and ARM/NCARemediation of exceptions by investigating, correcting and re-submission of erroneous reports Monitoring and analysis of ETD / OTC derivative transactions for reporting eligibility to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting Maintenance of static datarequired for accurate reporting Act as SME on all regulatory reporting matters for firm activities and projects Production of Management information and key performance indicators on reporting Participation in UAT and Implementation of new products and projectsProduce processes and procedures for the day-to-day operating of Transaction Reporting Skills Required: Experience across MiFiD II , EMIR, SFTR transaction reporting as well as other exchange specific reporting such as CME Large Trader Reporting, CommodityPosition Reporting, and other exchange Experience in regulatory Transaction Reporting (MiFIR and EMIR) Experience in exchange transaction/position reporting Experience across various asset classes including rates, credit, equities, derivatives , FX, Reposand SLB Accuracy and attention to detail Quick learner with the ability to translate, understand and digest technical knowledge on Regulatory processes Proactive required to digest what is needed and make the role fit the needs Understand and be fully conversantwith Regulatory Reporting rules Excellent communication skills: up/down/across Good analysis and problem-solving skills, escalating any issues accordingly Investigative and inquisitive nature; willing to challenge accepted practice Experience working on projects(with good organisational skills) This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable business offering great career opportunities !
