Perform daily regulatory reporting activity for MiFiD/ EMIR / SFTR transactions and post trade transparency. Completion of day-to-day reporting activities including monitoring and resolution of transmission exceptions and reconciliations between sourcesystems and ARM/NCA. Remediation of exceptions by investigating, correcting and resubmission of erroneous reports. Monitoring and analysis of ETD / OTC derivative transactions for reporting eligibility to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting. Maintenanceof static data required for accurate reporting. Act as SME on all regulatory reporting matters for firm activities and projects. Production of Management information and key performance indicators on reporting production and quality. Participation in UAT andImplementation of new products and projects. Produce processes and procedures for the day-to-day operating of Transaction Reporting Experience/Skills Required Experience across MiFiD II , EMIR, SFTR transaction reporting as well as other exchange specificreporting such as CME Large Trader Reporting, Commodity Position Reporting, and other exchanges... Minimum 3 years experience in regulatory Transaction Reporting (MiFIR and EMIR) Minimum 1 years experience in exchange transaction/position reporting Experienceacross various asset classes including rates, credit, equities, derivatives , FX, Repos and SLB. Accuracy and attention to detail Quick learner with the ability to translate, understand and digest technical knowledge on Regulatory processes Proactive. Requiredto digest what is needed and make the role fit the needs Understand and be fully conversant with Regulatory Reporting rules Excellent communication skills: up/down/across Good analysis and problem-solving skills, escalating any issues accordingly Investigativeand inquisitive nature; willing to challenge accepted practice Experience working on projects (with good organisational skills)
