Job Description

Join the Close Brothers regulatory reporting team where you will be responsible for capital, liquidity and Bank of England reporting for the Bank and the Group. Working as part of the regulatory reporting our ideal team member will have previous experiencein change management with excellent time management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive production and preparation of new IRB specific Pillar 3 disclosure requirements
  • Consolidate with existing Pillar 3 to produce full IRB compliant pro-format Pillar 3 document
  • Develop combined standardised and IRB forecasting and modelling capabilities to support internal and PRA reporting
  • Support impact assessments of final PRA Basel 3.1 rules under current standardised, forward-looking IRB and combined approaches
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, in particular with the Regulatory Reporting team, Finance, Risk and Treasury
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
  • You have an understanding of PRA and prudential regulatory capital requirements
  • You have previous project / change management experience
  • You have awareness of internal control requirements, with the ability to identify control weaknesses and propose changes to processes as required
  • You have good organisational and time management skills
  • You are able to demonstrate initiative and an analytical mindset in order to identify and resolve problems

  • Have completed an accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
