This role is with a leading financial services organisation. Description The successful candidate for this London based Regulatory Governance Manager - 12 month FTC will have the following responsibilities: To support the Head of Regulatory Governance in ensuring the bank maintains a strong governance framework across the controllership function of the Finance Division. The scope of the role includes governance of the banks prudential regulatory requirements and covers all aspects in relation to prudential capital and regulatory requirements such as ICAAP, Recovery and Resolution Planning, Pillar 3 Disclosures, Risk Data Aggregation and Stress Testing. Preparation and collation of committee papers for committees such as Stress Testing Focus Group, Monthly RDA meeting and Asset and Liability Committee. Assist in the role of secretariat for ALCO, CDO, ICAAP and RRP Working Groups and Regulatory Reporting Focus Group. Support Head of Governance in the collation and production of ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Resolution Plan, Pillar 3 etc. Assisting in monitoring the Regulatory Quality Assurance schedule, reports and action tracking. Assisting in ensuring appropriate governance in place around meeting the Group Risk Data Aggregation requirements. Work with Head of Governance and Deputy CFO to develop the prudential capital stress testing model and associate management information. Governance oversight of the Controllership Department, sitting within the Finance division, in terms of ensuring the planning is appropriately managed, P&Ps are up to date and of a good standard, audit points are tracked and progressed, RMPs and actions from committees are monitored and resolved. Profile The successful candidate for this London based Regulatory Governance Manager - 12 month FTC will have the following exposure: CIMA or ACCA qualification (Partly or newly qualified accountant) or similar Previous experience in regulatory. Previous experience in finance. Experience in some or all of the Pillar 3 document, ICAAP, Recovery and Wind down Plans. Knowledge of capital stress testing is beneficial. Proficient in all areas of Microsoft office, particularly in Excel and Word. Able to deliver well written business communications. Good organisational skills.
