As a Barclay Regulatory Finance Process Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for defining the future state vision for finance processes as part of specific initiatives within the Basel IV programme as well as other broader transformation initiativeswithin Finance. The role will also include data analysis, design, the ability to elicit, capture and translate requirements, as well as identifying and contributing to operating model improvements. What will you be doing Supporting and driving the optimisation of finance processes Becoming a trusted advisor and recognised expert to Finance, Risk and technology colleagues regarding Finance business architecture strategy Influencing key stakeholders at a range of governance forums Driving business outcomes for the Regulatory reporting and Risk Reporting functions, through a strategic lens Managing conversations and interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract all required process information Creating process documentation (maps and attributes) using industry recognised tooling Ensuring outputs created by the team adhere to all applicable process related standards Applying continuous improvement mind-set to all team activities by identifying waste and rework and corresponding solutions What were looking for: Degree level education and an excellent general academic track record Financial services experience, within retail and/or investment banking Knowledge of Finance and Risk process, system and technologies Excellent Power-point skills, with the ability to storyboard and produce best in class presentations Skills that will help you in the role: Strong data manipulation skills including Excel and experience using data manipulation tools (e.g. Qlikview, Business Objects, Lumira, SmartView, SQL, SAS) Experience of Regulatory reporting requirements under Basel 3, CRR2 requirements and knowledge of regulatory returns (e.g. COREP, Pillar 3) Lean / Six Sigma experience or qualifications and knowledge of Blueworks Demonstrate a range of styles and techniques in communications, including influencing and negotiating with a broad set of stakeholders Where will you be workingIn the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
