Job Description

If you have compliance and risk experience and are looking for your next role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our clients inclusive team, they are a FX payments and trading businessand you will oversee their regulatory compliance function reporting to the Head of Compliance and MLRO. This full-time Compliance Manager role offers a generous salary of £70k-£85k p/a and excellent benefits including up to 25% bonus and flexible working (3days from the office in central London).As a Regulatory Compliance Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance to capture the various projects and challenges that are key to the business and help develop any metrics, governance and training to approach these. You will also havethe real opportunity to shape and improve this area of the company and deputise for the Head of Compliance when required.Some of your Compliance management responsibilities will include:

  • FCA regulatory compliance reporting and submissions
  • Compliance monitoring and assurance programme, reporting, and MI
  • EMI licence management
  • Assisting with the MiFID2 license application
  • Keeping the business advised of regulatory changes and providing training where necessary
To apply for this regulatory compliance and risk management job, you will need a commercial approach, being a partner to the business and helping find pragmatic solutions. You will also need an understanding or background in compliance advisory and compliancemonitoring with a payments or FX trading business, and knowledge of the Payment Services Directive. MiFID/MiFIR/EMIR and FSMA knowledge is also useful.
