Job Description

The company now employs over 2000 people globally and is available in many locations.What the job does:We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Regulatory Compliance Analyst. This is a brand new position, where the main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Regulatory Team, by collating and validating informationon raw materials. This role will be essential in helping the business achieve compliance, traceability and sustainability targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting documents and information on existing and new raw material, and ensuring the data is correctly recorded
  • Checking raw material information for compliance to international cosmetic and chemical regulations for all existing and new products
  • Ensuring the traceability of raw materials and advising on any risks
  • Checking and validating raw materials against company sustainability requirements and advising on any risks
  • Providing raw material documents to the wider Regulatory team to support product registrations
  • Providing supporting documents for certifications and licenses
  • Keeping track of upcoming regulatory changes on raw materials and their ingredients to ensure sufficient time for redevelopment of existing products
Requirements
  • Strong level of communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Degree in Life Sciences or Cosmetic Science, or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cosmetic regulations, compliance, data, or raw materials desirable
