London based Financial Services firm seek an experienced Product Owner (PO) with strong MiFID regulatory knowledge, technical background and strong Agile Business Analysis skills. Solid knowledge of MiFID II and other European regulatory frameworks and their impact on European trading venues, with focus on Transaction Reporting (RTS-22), Order Record Keeping (RTS-24) and Transparency Reporting (RTS-1, RTS-2). Knowledge of one or more European electronic debt trading platforms. Knowledge of FIX and XML languages applied to electronic trading and communication of trade related and reference data related messages. Fundamental understanding of database design, including working knowledge of SQL. Experience of operating in Agile at scale on multi team, multi-site initiatives. Experience in Agile delivery techniques, processes, practices and tooling. Proficiency with tools such as, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Slack, WebEx. Experience in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques (e.g. 5 whys, A3 thinking). Ideally SAFe certified (e.g. - SAFe PO/Leading/Implementing/) with PO/BA experience on a SAFe Agile Release Train. Demonstrate knowledge of European debt trading practices and conventions from both Buy-Side and Sell-Side perspective.
