Experienced Registered Mental Health nurses ( RMN ) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses ( RNLD or RNMH ) required for Senior Staff Nurse role within a psychiatric intensive care hospital (PICU) for people with multiple conditions, complex health needs and challenging behaviour. The primary aim of the hospital is to provide intensive care to stabilise patients so that they can resume life or treatment in a community or hospital setting.There has recently been a management overhaul within the service - we are keen to hear from talented Mental Health Nurses with ideas and the passion to drive them forward - this is a great opportunity to help shape the service and develop it into an outstanding patient centred Psychiatric Intensive Care Service (PICU)Shifts : The Hospital can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts.
