This position is to be performed by an IT support and the job responsibilities associated with this role are expected to include but not limited to: Overseeing all IT projects and operations in the UK, delivering IT services to staff and reporting to seniormanagement on IT planning, budgets and projects System Management: IT infrastructure, security and service management, including day-to-day running of IT systems, IT asset procurement and policy & procedure management IT Compliance: Follow industry governanceand regulation practices, develop solutions with legal and compliance team to fulfil regulatory duties Manages Europe regional Data Center project lifecycle Responsible for UK and regional office setup and ongoing support Perform the system planning, architecture,implementation and optimization Responsible for global IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting Work closely with internal and external parties to implement projects Skills and Abilities Experience of server room setup, like Electricity, CRAC systemsGood team player and willing to learn Quick learner and able to learn new technologies in a short time Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and ableto work independently Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) Familiar with one of the programming skills (Java/ Python) is a big plus Qualifications Bachelors Degree in computer science, information system or related discipline Minimum 5 yearsof windows server and system working experience Disclaimer The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of the work performed by employees within this classification.
