Regional Relationship ManagerLondon, UKDo you enjoy helping people Are you looking for a role that is truly rewarding Then we need you!Together we can make a real difference to helping people in need.We are currently looking for a Regional Relationship Manager to join us covering the London region on a permanent, full-time basis, working 35 hours per week.OverviewThe NHS Volunteer Responders (NHSVR) programme was set up by NHS England, Royal Voluntary Service and GoodSAM in 2020 to support people vulnerable to COVID-19, those shielding or isolating, and the NHS in England. The programme continues to evolve as the needsof patients and the NHS change. Therefore, understanding the impact of this programme, changing needs, and any service improvements quickly are critically important.The RoleAs a Regional Relationship Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of our NHSVR programme across London, by co-ordinating volunteers to meet the needs of local Health and Care teams. Acting as a first point of contact for local NHS Trusts, youll deliver engagement sessions to understand their needs and provide training on our volunteer management system, GoodSAM. You will manage the recruitment and overall experience of volunteers, including providing volunteer welcome webinars and engaging with volunteer feedback to improve the service. Additionally, you will: - Act as an escalation point for any complaints from or involving volunteers- Provide clear goals and targets for volunteers - Oversee demand for volunteers on our GoodSAM system- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation Working HoursWe would ideally be looking for someone to work 35 hours each week, Monday - Friday. What we are ideally looking for is someone with:-- Experience of making and maintaining relationships with a broad range of audiences, including decision makers- Experience of working in partnership with other local and statutory organisations- Experience at management level- Experience of motivating people to achieve positive outcomes- Experience of running engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders- Knowledge of the Health & Care system including, NHS Trusts, Primary Care and Commissioning units- Knowledge of using basic data to plan, monitor trends and provide forecasts- Knowledge of safeguarding (Adults and Children)- Excellent communications ability at all levelsNote - Applicants should be aware that the post will only be offered to successful candidates subject to pre-employment checks.
