Job Description

Our client, a national financial planning firm, are looking for a Regional Manager based in the South to manage a team of 10 Financial Planners.Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving team revenue targets set by the Director
  • Achieve new business targets set by the Director
  • Lead business development campaigns from concept to design through to delivery, with assistance and support from Business Development Team
  • Ensure the team proactively work with the wider group and identify opportunities to cross refer clients
  • Lead a team of Financial Planners ensuring their continued compliance with KPIs and wider performance measures and manage their performance in line with our internal procedures.
  • Ensure the team focus on delivering an excellent service to all clients, regularly seeking feedback to determine areas that can improve
  • Building effective internal relationships to ensure the smooth flow of client work through the advice process
  • Maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people including supporting other Group department with key projects, sometimes leading their progress and deployment.
  • Analyse data from various sources and identify the root cause of an outcome i.e., complaints, compliance, KPIs, performance data etc.
  • Coach and develop team to ensure they perform at a high level and strive for excellence
  • Complete T&C supervisor responsibilities for team
Experience Required:
  • Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum
  • CAS holder
  • Experience in managing a team of Financial Planners
