Job Description

Regional HR Manager - 6 Month FTCCentral London£32 - £35kAre you an experienced HR Manager with previous experience representing a small HR team Have you had experience in Complex ER casesWe are currently recruiting for an expanding company with offices spanning throughout the UK. This HR Manager role will initially be based remotely but you will be expected to work from the Central London office once the office reopens.Your main focus in this position will be employee relations but you will also be heavily involved with TUPE, Change management and L&D. This role involves giving training presentations and inductions to new starters.Duties also include (not exhaustive):

  • Supporting the regional management team on the HR aspects of their role
  • Actively manage and lead ER cases by supporting meetings, writing letters and building reports.
  • Act as HR lead in the regional TUPE and change Management activities including restructures
  • Manage a HR advisor and wider HR team of 4
  • Work with the Head of HR to ensure that current resource levels are adequate and be able to plan for future demands.
  • To act as a HR Representative for the business and always make commercially viable decisions
  • To motivate and coach the HR team and make the business aware of the current HR team
  • To be considered for this role you will be/have:
  • CIPD qualification at Level 3 or above
  • 3 tears experience in a similar HR Manager role
  • Extensive and proven HR Management experience
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • Be able to give examples of managing large workloads and prioritising
  • Exposure to TUPE would be desirable
  • Have the ability to build strong commercial relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, draw relevant conclusions and present findings in a clear way
