Contract Duration: 12 months Grade ( relevant for internal applicants only ): 10 Location: London, UK The Team: The EMEA Regional Customer Marketing team is responsible for planning and deploying comprehensive account based marketing plans to drive regional demand generation and growth through new business leads and existing customer accounts. We lookto delight our customers and create an exceptional customer experience through marketing tactics including digital lead generation campaigns, free events and engaging in third party sponsorships. The team partner closely with each other and commercial salesand editorial to achieve our goals. The Role:As a Regional Customer Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in developing and implementing compelling marketing plans using the full marketing mix to accelerate lead conversion and market share in existing customer base and net newaccounts. You will be responsible for owning end to end marketing plans and budget, from prospect acquisition to engagement to conversion via tactical marketing mix including email, direct messaging, digital tools and events. You will collaborate closely withcommercial partners to understand fully our customers and to refine programs according to their needs to achieve shared goals.
