Job Description

Mental Health Nurse to join our team in South East London. As a RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.Requirements (Nursing):

  • Child/Adult DBS on Update Service.
  • UK Passport/Right to Work (skilled worker VISAs need not apply)
  • 1 year experience as a Mental Health Nurse (preferably in Res or Psychiatric setting)
  • Nursing Pin in-UK
Responsibilities (Reg. Mental Health Nurse):
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer psychiatric medications and provide therapeutic interventions.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and therapeutic activities.
  • Monitor residents mental health status and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care.
  • Advocate for residents rights and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of mental health assessments and treatment plans
