For over60 years we have been working across the UK and internationally to connect talented people with not for profit organisations.At an exciting time of expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Support Officer to join our team.In this pivotal role you will support our recruitment teams and provide excellent customer service to our clients and candidates. As the Recruitment Support Officer, you will undertake a broad range of admin tasks including; loading jobs onto the databaseand onto external jobs boards, co-ordinating internal and external interviews and being the first point of contact via call and email. The team work with amazing organisations across the not-for-profit sector and you will be right at the heart of this, supportingpeople across a range of career paths, from entry level to board appointments.Its a busy role which brings together competing priorities and you will have real opportunity to learn about both recruitment and the not-for-profit sector.The successful candidate will have a track record in providing excellent and responsive customer service and administrative expertise and be comfortable managing their time. The role engages with everyone at Prospectus and our candidate and client community,as such excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Although not essential, a background in compliance administration and/or recruitment would be advantageous.In addition to salary we also have an annual company bonus scheme.
