Job Description

Are you the next member of the familyWe are looking for an individual who has a technology recruitment sourcing background to work for our US practice but be based from our HQ in London. You will provide vital sourcing support to the Director of the practice working across mainly software engineeringand data roles. Our client base is a mix of exciting new start-ups to medium size organizations across the Greater New York area.We mainly work permanent vacancies but we would be open to someone who has been working across a contract desk. Due to the fact that you are supporting the US office the hours are 10.00am to 7.00pm, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Althoughyou are in the UK you will be made to feel a part of the US team and will be on regular team meetings and will have the opportunity to visit the US throughout the year. You will be sitting with the UK Tech team when in the office but this is the first hirein the UK to support the US tech team.About you:You will need to have a demonstrated history within agency recruitment of sourcing tech candidates and achieving targets. Experience of working the US tech market would be an advantage but the main thing is the ability to work autonomously and have strongtech sector knowledge.What do you get in return for your hard workWe believe in working hard, being nice to people and having fun along the way.
