Recruitment ResourcerTFS Healthcare are currently looking for driven individuals to join us as a Resourcer to work alongside our senior consultants within our rapidly growing sales floor.TFS Healthcare specialise placing Health Care Professionals into the NHS and private Sector. Here at TFS Healthcare we pride ourselveson the relationships we build with both our candidates and our clients.The Role of a Resourcer -Starting within a Resourcer position is hugely beneficial for those who have not worked within a sales role previously, you will work closely alongside a senior consultant focusing on the candidate side of recruitment before moving into a consultant positionyourself.

• Sourcing suitable candidates from job boards, social media, company data base and referrals.
• Qualifying these candidates suitability for the positions you have.
• Arranging and preparing them for interviews.
• Liaising with Senior Consultants and keeping up to date with new roles.
• Ensuring all company processes are followed and databases are kept up to date.
• Following a candidates journey through the recruitment process.
