As our Recruitment Manager, you’ll lead a team of 2 Recruiters working across multiple business functions and job roles for the 3 brands in the group – Daylesford, Bamford & The Wild Rabbit. This is an extremely diverse and hands-on role - today you’re recruiting a “Category Buyer”, tomorrow a “Trainee Cheesemaker” and everything in between.As well as the “day-to-day”, our Recruitment Manager leads our long-term workforce planning strategy, constantly innovating, and seeking out new attraction methods and sources. You’ll lead on Employer Branding through engaging teams across the business ensuring content is reflective of culture and values.About youAlthough we are a diverse business, experience recruiting in Hospitality is essential for this role. You’ll be a strong leader and have experience managing a small team. Delivering exceptional candidate experience will come naturally to you. First-class communication skills are a must, as you’ll be interacting with senior stakeholders and business leaders regularly. All the usual exposure to jobs boards, social media campaigns, employer branding, legal checks and ATS management is expected.Main responsibilities

  • Lead the Recruitment function for Daylesford, Bamford & The Wild Rabbit
  • Lead ongoing candidate attraction via direct & indirect sourcing methods
  • Own attraction and selection for senior roles across the group
  • Support Recruitment Advisors with attraction and selection of assigned vacancies when required
  • Define, own and deliver the short, mid and long-term recruitment strategy for Daylesford, Bamford, and The Wild Rabbit
  • Plan and execute required recruitment for new site openings across the group
  • Support and coach Line Managers to deliver “best in class” candidate experience
  • Effectively manage recruitment budget and agreed on KPIs
  • Manage Employer Branding strategy for Daylesford, TWR & Bamford
  • Experience needed
  • 3 years+ experience in a similar in-house role within the Hospitality industry
  • Team Management experience, either in Recruitment or in an Operational setting
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the “bigger picture”
  • Experience in directly sourcing techniques
  • Exposure to recruiting a diverse range of roles across functions
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
  • First-class stakeholder management skills
  • Budget management experience
  • This role is based at our London office (SW3) and will require travel around our London stores and to our farm sites in Gloucestershire.Salary up to £40,000 pa. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.We Offer
