You will be the key contact for all recruitment initiatives across the firm in London and one additional regional office.Its a genuinely blank canvas, allowing you to have autonomy to build and improve the function.Reporting to the Head of HR, this will be a demanding and busy role with a great deal of scope to be creative and boast the firms profile whilst handling the day-to-day fundamentals of your position.The primary purpose will be to help the firm deliver on all their hiring needs and goals, managing the end-to-end recruitment process across all areas of the business (legal and business services), and building a reputation and relationship with externalagencies and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to developing their brand and ensure that the recruitment process and platform showcases the best of what they offer.Whats on offer for you:
