Job Description

Recruitment ManagerSpecialised in charity & not-for-profit recruitment, my client have 1x vacancy for aRecruitment Manager to absorb a team of 2x junior recruitment consultants, and a warm desk, with the vision to grow it out across 2023.

  • £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary + Comission
  • Management override (£500 a month + £3,500 a quarter)
  • Uncapped commission
  • Central London offices
  • Head of Fundraising
This role is unique - you DO NOT require a recruitment consultancy background. If you have a background in people management, sales or commercial experience, and are looking to make the move into recruitment, then we want to hear from you!This could be the perfect opportunity to make the move into recruitment...Recruitment Manager - About the Opportunity:
  • Joining a small team of 7, who sit in a wider, globally recognised, recruitment firm
  • You would join the charity & not-for-profit team
  • Your title would be "Head of Fundraising"
  • You would absorb a team of 2x junior recruiters, who you will manage & work alongside
  • The desk has plenty of clients - you are tasked with fulfilling & further developing those accounts
  • You will receive full recruitment training & will utilise your sales & people management background from Day 1
Recruitment Manager - About You!
  • A successful track record to date in your chosen, professional career - sales exposure is preferred but not essential
  • People management experience is vital! Experience managing & growing a team
  • Eager to embark on a career in recruitment
  • Able to commute into Central London offices
  • High energy, motivated & positive management style
  • An interest in the charity & not-for-profit sector
