Citywires HR department is currently hiring a new RecruitmentCoordinator to join a motivated HR team in a fast-paced international company with main office inLondon. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the RecruitmentCoordinator willbe a proactive and collaborative team member with a can-do attitude. This team handles a multitude of duties across the UK and our international enterprises, from hiring reporters in Singapore to Research Analysts in Munich or London making this a prime opportunity to kick-start a career in internal recruitment for a UK-based company.Citywire helps investors and asset managers to connect in many ways: Citywire publishes its own news, analysis and unique fund manager performance information to help professional investorsfrom financial advisers, wealth managers to fund selectorsmakethe best decisions about where to place their clients money.We currently employaround 250 people with offices around the world inLondon, Brighton, New York,Munich,MilanandSingapore, but we have a presencein countries all over the globe. Its an excitingtime to join us since were expanding our teams and delivering on new projects that will take Citywire to the next level.One of our biggest functions is talent acquisition. The HR team coordinates thehiring of full-time and part-time employees across the world but they also manage the hiring process for freelancers in all of our business locations.Were looking for an individualwith good organisational skills that can engage with our hiring managers whilst coordinating the recruitment operations seamlessly. The ideal post holder will be an effective and trust-worthy communicator with attention to detail and aflexible approach to work.Main responsibilities- Providing support to the Head of Talent Acquisition in all of our Recruitment operations- Posting job adverts, organisinginterviews and assisting hiring managers with the interview process when required- Following up with candidates and their psychometric tests whilst updating managers about their applications. Pressing on the process to move forward- Liaising with recruitment agency contacts and candidates- Direct sourcing and pre-screening candidates when necessary- Coordinating the recruitment for all kinds of employees including work experience, interns and freelancers-Assisting in contract drafting and issuing contracts to deliver a full-cycle recruitment campaign- Managing the pre-employment checks for all new talent that comes to Citywire- Greeting candidates and facilitiating the interview process either via video or in person. Making sure new talents have an enjoyable recruitment and onboarding experienceJob specific skills / requirements-Experience in previous recruitment roles desirable but not essential- Great organisational and communication skills.- Proactivity and attention to detail are essentials- Resilience and an ability to think on your feet- Able to pick up information and learn about our recruitment/HR processes quickly- A second language is an advante although not essential.
