Someone that has had some experience of working for a recruitment firm with an understanding of the recruitment deal cycle is desirable, however, a positive and can-do attitude is the most important trait we are looking for.This is a great opportunity to learn how to become a professional and effective recruiter. You will be supporting the 2 directors, who are experts in their fiel and the wider team.
